Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Coaching Session Cancellations
Early Cancellation (24+ hours notice): Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours): 50% of session fee is non-refundable.
No-Show: Full session fee is non-refundable.
2. Booking Packages
Cancellation within 7 days of purchase: Full refund of package fees.
Cancellation after 7 days: Refund for unused sessions only, minus a 15% administrative fee.
No refund: For sessions already completed or attended.
3. Workshop Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the workshop. Refunds are issued within 14 business days. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the event.
4. Workplace Programme Refunds
Customised workplace programmes are billed according to the negotiated contract. Refund eligibility depends on the scope and phase of delivery. Contact us to discuss refund options if circumstances change.
5. Payment Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us at info@purgegreen.world or +64 9 632 4521 with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. We'll respond within 2 business days.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We consider refund requests for illness, emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Refunds are not offered based on dissatisfaction with results or outcomes. Our services are educational guidance; results depend on personal implementation and individual circumstances.
9. Consumer Rights
This policy complies with New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You retain all consumer rights provided by law.
